Frei

Frei (“Free”) is an anthemic Alpine-rock song by Berghex from the 2016 album Pur: distorted guitars, driving drums and a bold synth melody at around 129 BPM under a female lead, about a place of peace, love and freedom. Long instrumental passages make it easy to cut. Sync licence from €29.90.

What does Frei sound like?

The track opens with heavy guitars, drums and a prominent synth line. Vocal sections alternate with long instrumental stretches, so large parts of the song work under picture without a voice. Big, open and energetic, closing with a fade-out.
